Believe it or not, I keep trying to make this newsletter shorter. But each month, there seems to be a lot of sauna happenings! So, let's thumb it through together:
Public sauna of the month
Kelo Spa just outside Boston, MA has been open for just a couple of months. There are a few things that make this public sauna special: heavy BTU resonating wood burning heat and kelo wood walls help to provide kick ass lämpōmassa that helps get right to the bone. The jazz trio of heat transfer plays beautifully. We are pleased to feature Kelo Spa within the SaunaTimes public sauna map as sauna of the month
Summer heat saunas
As many places are experiencing a summer heat wave, many of us are finding exceptional thermal goodness taking saunas, and yes, people think we’re crazy.

In 2010, we asked the question: “Do I really need a changing room?” And the answers ring as true today as they did back then. The USDA Plant hardiness zone map is a great guide for us. Click here to learn more.

We could use a bit more content on Friendship & Solitude, but if you’d like to submit your photo, phrase, poem, muse regarding any of these six topics, please mail them to sauna4life@hotmail.com. Deadline is July 21st~ We’d love to have you be a part of this book. More here.
